LOUNGE/DINER
Spacious and comfortably furnished with leather sofas, a 32" flat screen TV, a DVD and CD player, and an electric flame effect fire. A selection of CDs, DVDs and games are provided, and the well stocked bookshelf also holds local maps, books and guides. The dining area has a sea view and a high chair is available on request. The cottage is warmed by electric storage heating throughout.
KITCHEN
Well equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment including tea towels. We supply complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fresh flowers and a generous basket of local products on your arrival.
BATHROOM
UPSTAIRS
The main bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony. An extra child's bed can be supplied in this room. The second bedroom has full sized twin beds. Both rooms have sea views. A cot can be accommodated in either room and is available free of charge. Stair gates are also available if required. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

The communal rear grounds are grassed and are suitable for ballgames. They have attractive downland views. The private fenced patio is equipped with garden furniture and a barbeque and is an ideal spot to enjoy the sunsets and the ships. There is ample private parking close to the building.
